Even after the latest update, my app’s cart adds everything I have removed back into it everytime I open and close the app. Essentially, if I want to purchase something I need to manually remove many, many items that continuously reappear back into the cart. This has been a problem all summer & is enough of an annoyance that I won’t order anything from West Elm anymore until it’s fixed.

The cart retains all of the products I’ve ever added even after removing them or saving for later. So if I want to actually buy anything I have to go through the same list of 12 old products I have already removed 50 times prior.  Even things I’ve actually purchased. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app, signed out - on the web and app. Nothing works.

I have ordered from west elm in the past, love the brand. Good quality. Gave 4 stars because some of the pictures on the website do not display the item in enough detail. There are several pictures but at odd angles and some are too detailed and several are of the whole bathroom but not if the rig. I just purchased bath rugs but was not completely satisfied with the pictures. I can return if needed, which is a hassle, but I like this brand and quality so I am taking a chance.
