Most functions are here but the app lacks the polished cleverness of a thoughtful, user-centric platform as we are growing accustomed to seeing on our phones these days. Most of my banking experience is through the app, not the polished marble of the physical bank lobby. I often think about switching banks for a better interface but that is not a small task and the people have been nice when I do go in.
