The app is incredibly slow. I love the bank and am happy with everything except the app. I have a terrible time logging in, it takes about 5 minutes for it to load and when it does it’s not always accurate if I just went to the ATM or made a transaction. It seems to lag. It seems like there are some issues. This never used to be a problem.

Unable to login for a week.  Keep calling in and no one has reported any issues.  
Past year experience.  The website is hit or miss. No worker knows wants going on. 

Workers are horrible, no training at all.  I have to call multiple branches until someone knows how to increase credit limit.

seems like the app is always having issues. this isn’t the first time this has happened but right now i can’t deposit any checks and haven’t been able to for about a week. i deleted the app and redownloaded it only for me to not be able to even get into the app. it’s starting to annoy me that the app always has issues like this.

Don’t get involved with this bank if you have anything other than simple needs for transactions. After that, customer service goes down hill. Seriously considering closing all 8 accounts that I have access to in the near future.
