I always have a very difficult time with depositing checks through the app, the scanning software has a hard time recognizing when “for mobile deposit” is written on the check  by the endorsement. There should be an option to submit the check pictures for human review because the software has issues reading what is there.

This app has been convenient when it comes to checking my account balance, transferring money, monitoring transactions, and communicating with staff. I have had zero issues so far with this app.
