Book via this app for pick up from Melton 30+ min later nothing. I then rang & was told they do service this area (Melton) I suggest, you make it clear in your app that you don't service all areas in west Melbourne. I wasted my time for no reason

The app runs well, but i booked a taxi 12 hours in advance and the driver didn't show - making me late for work. I had to call anyway to arrange another taxi to pick me up which validates the app as useless to me. 
West suburban drivers don't care about making bookings on time - ever - as long as they get their money, this company is becoming a bit of a joke.

The app looks and works great but the cab never arrived despite telling me the booking had been assigned. I called up to query it and they told me to just keep waiting, a cab would come eventually. Not good enough.

My phone reboots after making a booking. Has happened twice recently. No where to get support. Perhaps because I haven't upgraded my iOS?

This app has cut waiting time down by half... Drivers are prompt, you can see the cab on GPS as it approaches. It tells you when the job has been allocated. So much better than waiting on the phone.

So simple to use, message on approach is a massive plus. Drivers are always lovely, and the operators on phones are always lovely and helpful!

Does EVERYTHING you could possibly need when organising a cab! Looks good, easy to use & you can even watch the taxi's journey as it approaches on the inbuilt map!! Well done...I recommend it highly!
