I’ve been able to connect with and learn about a variety of new businesses that I didn’t know much about until I downloaded the app! I also appreciate that when you make a transaction you have a conversation with the seller first before you pay for products or services. Also the app is just super cute and aesthetically pleasing! I love being able to browse through different products, services, and food vendors with ease. I sell through the app and love all of the resources they offer to storefront owners. They’ve built an amazing community and I feel a lot of support for my storefront through that. I also love being able to find small businesses and services on the app as a customer. I wanted to send flowers to my mom on Mother’s Day but live in a different state. It was super easy to find a florist local to where my mom lives and have flowers delivered. I love being able to find unique gifts or order special desserts I can customize and better yet knowing they are from local artisans I am supporting. You must check out their custom cookie bakers. They always impress! The app has also made it so easy for me to hire and book local services too. I highly suggest using this app to not only buy superior products & services but to also support some amazing women! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No integrations or analytics for sellers *2021-11-26, version 2.0.7* No way to determine who is visiting your site and no way to promote yourself or integrate you product catalog with existing e-commerce platforms . After using this app for 1-year I got only 1 person who found me actually just this week. I have submitted feedback but was told not to send people to my brand website (external), there were no integrations. As a handmade craft business owner who also uses Etsy and other marketplaces, I don’t see the value in this app and the company’s willingness to accept feedback or criticism from experienced e-commerce sellers is dismal. Marketplaces that are actually interested in promoting commerce don’t limit how you invoice or do business and welcome integrations to reduce double data entry and expedite shipping. Also, marketplaces let the seller know how they are doing with performance data and give them opportunities to promote or place ads. This app doesn’t do anything but harvest data to resell. **Developer response:** Hi Ana! I never got any hits or leads. I finally (after almost a year) got a lead. After booking, I received an invoice for a commission payout. I spoke with Nora, who admitted that the company did a bad job at informing storefront owners of this new commission payout. If I had known about this commission, I would’ve increased my prices to account for that expense. They also don’t like if you have a CRM and request everything to be done in the app, so service providers, be careful with using this app if you have a set workflow. ### 3/5 — I want both *2019-11-02, version 1.0.2* I’m trying to sign up but it doesn’t let me choose both options, I have to decide if I want to shop or sell but I’d like to do both. Also, I don’t like that it requires me to use stripe and create a stripe account in order to finish the sign up process. For over two years I have shopped with ease for soaps, candles, art, pies, paper stars, gift baskets, letter-pressed cards, curated boutique items, journals, baby items and more. The shop owners are delightful and make the ordering a pleasant experience. I live out of state from many of them, but the shipping is quick and items arrive in perfect condition. You deal with real people not automated machines, who are so beyond friendly and truly want you to succeed, they also have business education courses for new female entrepreneurs, which is an amazing thing to offer and there’s so many more perks as well like discounts, offered to your customers and much more. Not to mention it is so easy to list all of your products through their app, you literally going input a couple things and it’s done. I have never had an experience with an app that made it so easy to list my products and services. I would highly recommend West 10th to any female entrepreneur just starting out. It’s a great place to start and I can see it’s true potential, and think it will grow tremendously within the next few years. Thank you to all of the women who helped me set up my storefront.
