From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location. The West-Way Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. My last call was from the Capital dispatcher which is a different company?? The app doesn’t allow for a unit letter to be saved with my townhome so I have to manually enter it every time as a note and still somehow drivers miss it or claim they don’t have it. And after every booking the app then texts me to suggest I download the app?? ### 1/5 — Never successful *2020-01-27, version 332.1.5* I have tried on three occasions to book a taxi with this app. 1 time it just froze and crashed, 1 time it booked successfully and then I got a message saying the request was cancelled and 1 time the app told me to phone the cab company with just an “! call” message. The app is useless. ### 2/5 — Not bad but... *2017-11-21, version 4.0* I am trying to configure it with my home address. I enter it, but once saved it is displaying my address as 81 instead of 97 - which makes me believe they would try to pick me up at the wrong house??? Doing uber next time. ### 3/5 — Works, Needs some defensive coding *2014-05-18, version 1.4.34* I realize this is a common app that gets customized for each taxi company, but it has some serious novice bugs, particularly when tracking the status of a call/vehicle. Half the time, the app simply crashes to the springboard, and it seems to freeze every time it is opened for roughly 10 seconds. This is on an iPhone 5... An app this simple should never freeze nor crash! ### 3/5 — Used It Today—It Works, Needs Improvement *2014-04-13, version 1.4.34* Excited to hear there's a West Way app, finally! Welcome to the 2010s, West Way! It got as far as sign up for an account. Then crashed. After a few minutes it would open without crashing. Used it to book today for the 1st time. Car was at my door in 5 minutes. The app did not show my car approaching and did not gave me the option to track it—as was advertised. Once booked, the trip simply showed as "completed" right away. There wasn't any way to see that the call was open and active. I was worried—but the cab showed up. Good start.
