Do not buy from them, ever, especially for delivery… They put the fruits and vegetables in the trunk of their car early in the morning only to deliver past noon! Beware

It is such a pointless app you get items in thirty minutes or 40 but get it in 10 if you call them directly and half the things that are in the store don’t show up on the app.you have to type the exact product for something to show up otherwise it will say they don’t have it, almost every time I order they call me and say they don’t have an item or two and always forget things. Terrible

I am ordering groceries in the app, the delivery is always 2 to 3 hours late than what the delivery time I select, they schedule there own time for delivery, if we call to the respected branch they never attend the calls, the delivery person always says 1 dialogue “today suddenly we got more delivery so it became late” or I started my duty now only few min before I don’t know”. Very very irresponsible staff.

I have been ordering lately thru this app and i get the items delivered within the mentioned time frame.
Also, they will call me when the item is not currently available and to understand what should they replace it with.

Buying groceries using the West Zone app was amazing. Not only the online pace was agile and friendly, but also the WZ staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Amazing!
