Don't seem to have the time to serve you properly not very polite most of the time i've been bank there for over 30 years and the service has never been this bad thank you. It says to rotate the phone, but then doesn’t rotate in the app. You can’t complete the deposit process if you aren’t allowed to capture the check image. ### 1/5 — The worst check deposit UX *2022-09-22, version 2021.11.0.65* There’s always a pop up error about check readability. When it asks if you want to keep or retake the check the popup notice COVERS THE ENTIRE LOWER PART OF THE CHECK PHOTO. West lake does a better job breaking down the payments.
