## Newest reviews (5 of 25)

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2024-06-12, version 5.0.2*

Not user friendly. If I change one thing that’s completely unrelated to a different trip, it makes me re-enter all of the information. Very frustrating to use.

### 2/5 — Muchas preguntas

*2023-02-27, version 4.0.35*

Vuelve a preguntar muchas veces lo que ya se ha puesto y no deja cerrar el día, supuestamente siempre hay algo pendiente y no

### 1/5 — Too hard to figure out

*2018-09-13, version 3.0.8*

I’m using this for a one-day travel record. It started off mis-reading my departure point as my arrival. Then it wouldn’t let me name my departure point. Then when I tried to edit this trip, I created a new trip of zero minutes. I don’t have time to mess with this. I’m at work!

### 3/5 — Buggy. No customer support

*2018-09-08, version 3.0.8*

Frequently reboots while using.

Not intuitive.

Customer support does NOT respond.

### 3/5 — Problem with place entry

*2018-08-04, version 2.10*

The first day I went to the bank as my first stop. Now it keeps putting bank when I try to put home. Even when I’m careful and check my last entry of the day as returning home, I come back the next morning and it has changed it to bank.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Redo it, again

*2025-07-05, version 5.0.25*

Everything I’ve done in this app has been done at least 3x.

### 1/5 — Simply Terrible

*2025-05-18, version 5.0.25*

Is the intent to of this app to piss off the users? I volunteered to track my travel for one day and I've already put so much effort into unsuccessfully "confirming" my travel data that I wonder how many people actually complete these surveys.

For the survey, my designated travel day happened to coincide with a day I traveled by air to a different time zone. The app didn't make the adjustment.

I've "confirmed" several stops that the app subsequently unconfirmed. I've gone through the I confirm-app unconfirms-I confirm cycle multiple times -- I'm trapped in the Hades of this app's confirmation death loop. It seems there is no way for me to complete the record of my travel day and the app is sapping my will to complete this survey.

But, the app excels at power usage. This app drained both my devices (phone & watch) with unexpected speed and efficiency. Well done, Daily Travel app!

### 1/5 — Very difficult to use

*2025-04-20, version 5.0.23*

Not clear what location it wants and in which order, useless and waste of time. Keeps switching automatically between screens when something wrong goes with timing.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2025-04-19, version 5.0.23*

So difficult to use. Corrections are hard to make. I’m so frustrated with the clunky programming of this app that I deeply regret volunteering to use it.

### 1/5 — Hated

*2025-04-11, version 5.0.23*

Did not like this app at all! Felt it was difficult to make changes. Needed a way to delete stops that never occurred. Would not use again!

### 1/5 — Battery hog

*2025-04-04, version 5.0.23*

I downloaded this for a local traffic research survey. Deleted it after a few days because it was killing my battery from constant location tracking. I hadn’t even started the study or even opened the app after the first install; it was all background activity.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-03-29, version 5.0.19*

You have to constantly re-enter information, terrible app that’s frustrating to use! Would give zero stars if I could.

### 1/5 — Battery Killer

*2025-02-17, version 5.0.15*

Completely drained my battery in a matter of a few hours every day I had it installed. Definitely not worth it.

### 1/5 — Battery Drain & Poor UX

*2024-08-31, version 5.0.10*

Out of all the apps that run GPS in the background, this app will nuke your battery. So much so I couldn’t wait for the survey period to be over.

The interface quality poor, especially since its focus is on user travel behavior. The interface is archaic, questions are bloated and could be streamlined, and certain inputs are buggy. For example the location nearby. The data collected would be of higher quality if the app took a simple approach of “hey you’re giving us info, let’s make it easy and delightful for you”.

### 1/5 — Battery eater

*2024-07-06, version 5.0.6*

I can NOT wait to get this off my phone. Quite literally eats 40% of my battery just on background activity. The amount of data they’re tracking must be akin to driving on Uber or delivering on DoorDash. Wild

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Travels

*2025-10-18, version 5.1.2*

Easy way to earn money while accounting for your moment

### 5/5 — One day only?

*2024-04-26, version 4.0.81*

I hope this helps.

### 3/5 — Daily travel

*2025-11-12, version 5.1.2*

Too complicated

### 3/5 — Needs Work

*2025-05-06, version 5.0.25*

Portions of this app are very repetitive. I answered the same questions multiple times and so did my spouse. Difficult to navigate site as well.

### 3/5 — Not Battery Friendly

*2025-04-05, version 5.0.23*

It uses so much battery—if you’re driving more than an hour’s worth of distance with location always on, you will need a charger!!

### 3/5 — Difficult

*2025-02-26, version 5.0.15*

It was very hard to use and requires lots of mental energy. At least I got paid

### 3/5 — App not that friendly

*2024-10-12, version 5.0.12*

This app was not easy to start or learn. Some choices not working until you jump through needless hooos

### 3/5 — Cumbersome for cyclists & runners

*2024-07-21, version 5.0.8*

I exercise a lot and the app does not work well for walkers/runners/cyclist who often go out and back to a place that often does not have an address a/o travel a loop that is not the most direct route. Lots of repetitive questions.

### 3/5 — High Battery Usage

*2024-04-04, version 4.0.75*

App is useful for tracking travel, but eats up tons of battery due to excessive location data usage. Hopefully can be fixed in an update.

### 3/5 — Keep track

*2022-04-04, version 4.0.20*

Good way to know where you’ve been. The main irritant is that the map shows places near where you were or where you parked, you have to type the location in. Overall helpful.
