Wenn ich die Westbahn Website besuchen möchte, geh ich in Safari. Dafür brauch ich keine eigene App. Mehr kann die Westbahn App leider nicht.

This is a dreadful website ported shoehorned into an app. Ticket search is a Kafkaesque nightmare. Dropdowns don't work. Lots of gobbledegook (especially the English version). Good luck trying to book a return ticket for two people with reservations – you'll be tearing your hair out by the time this 'app' is finished with you.

Hängt sich während dem abschließen der Bestellung auf , somit unbrauchbar die App !

Kartenzahlung in der App nicht möglich. Wie in der andere Bewertung beschrieben kann man den Zahlungsvorgang nicht beenden. Ich musste deswegen 39€ im Zug statt 26.50€ in der App zahlen!

Übernimmt die Codes gültiger WESTbahn Bank nicht - muss man mit Hand eingeben. Fazit : Bahn selber super app absolut schlecht

The App is the same thing that with the website, you have to make something more different not the same thing, make the app more easy to use and simple.

Can you please add a back button to make it easier to navigate between the different sections within the app? 

Also, when I purchase more than one ticket and want to add them to apple wallet, the “add to apple wallet” link only works for one ticket at a time, so I have to close and reopen the westbahn app for each of the tickets that I want to add to apple wallet. 

If these little problems are fixed, this will be an excellent app, especially for regular travellers!

Das ist eine Webseite getarnt als App. Nicht weniger nicht mehr. Apple Wallet funktioniert wunderbar, auch das Einchecken funktioniert mittlerweile zuverlässig. Das Klimaticket kann einfach hinterlegt und angezeigt werden. Die Buchungen funktionieren tadellos. Es könnte nur etwas ästhetischer sein. Die SBB machens vor!

Funktioniert super schnell. Man kommt sehr schnell an seine Tickets und man kann sofort wenn man in sein Abteil und Sitzplatz kommt selbst einchecken.
