There is no deposit check tab at the bottom anymore. Frustrating. ### 2/5 — bill pay *2024-10-27, version 24.1.71* bill pay is difficult to use. One can’t go back and look at history. It works good for a few months then it will not let you sign in or rest your password. Spending hours on the phone then going into the bank and still no access to the app. The sad thing this happened every few months. The banking app was working well for a long time but since this latest update I can no longer use it. Prior to the recent update I could actually log in but now I “cannot connect to the servers”. It’s like it forgets my password /touch ID. It’s very frustrating! I recently became aware of the update that added the ability to make mobile deposits. Works great and the the deposit shows up the following morning in my account. I haven’t been able to open this app on my phone for over a year. As soon as it opens, it crashes and closes. Talked with the bank and nobody seems to know who can help. The Help link on the App Store goes to a page on westbury’s site that isn’t maintained. I’m able to log into my account from a browser. So, I know it’s not my account. Like I said, love the bank.
