I was ordering an egg-ala-bagel and, although there was an option for “no cheese,” there wasn’t an option for “no meat.” I left it blank, but it wouldn’t advance until I chose a meat. Then, while placing an order for cookies, I could use the + and - symbols for the amount, but then it made me order 1/3, 1/2, or full pound. I only wanted 2 cookies. Please fix these issues. This could be a great app, if I could choose what I want. There is no way to order no meat now as it forces you to select a meat! Now it just says “Uh-Oh: Error Validating Basket” every time, and hasn’t let me place an order. I’ve attempted multiple times & even deleted & re-installed the app. They also removed the “no meat” option from the eggla order (which hasn’t mattered, since I can’t place an order, but is worth noting.) ### 1/5 — App is not working *2024-05-15* Once I have my order in my cart and try to checkout, the app says “Error Validating Basket” and does not allow me to checkout. I am unable to use the app. Deleting, reinstalling, and signing in again has not fixed the issue. ### 1/5 — Higher prices in app than in store *2022-10-02* The prices for ordering through the app are much higher than the prices in the store. The app was going to charge me $7.30 for an onion cheese bagel with onion cream cheese, and in the store, it’s $5.50. I was ordering 3 of those, so that really adds up and makes a big difference! I will be deleting this app and just ordering in person because if this. If I need to order ahead and pick up, I’ll just call the store and order over the phone. First off why do I need an app to place an order online? Fine, I get that they want you to use an app so they can get all the data they want, but then make it easy. I had to change my credit card 3 times, redo my order 3 times. It took awhile. There is no benefit to ordering ahead. From the time I ordered and arrived 15 minutes later when it was supposed to be done it was just being started. I waited another 20 minutes in an empty western Bagel with 3 employees in slow motion. For mine (no one else had an order in 2 employees doing nothing). He had to keep going in the back for missing things like cheese and then no avocado. Was I offered a difference in price for no avacodo. NO. I had to ask. I ordered a half dozen bagels also that he did not get until after the sandwich was made. Also the person who made the sandwich was chewing gum. No mask! Probably would not be approved by health department. The manager told me internet orders do not come thru right away.
