Not able to enter details to use the app, after each attempt I get the red box message oops please try again it’s my email my name and phone number, I’m not making a mistake with my details , sort this out, I’m now using chads cars without problems

The app isn’t easy to use. It provides no VAT receipts. The worst problem however is that booking a taxi and getting a confirmation number (and being charged) is no guarantee that the taxi will actually arrive….!

On a number of occasions I have been left waiting at 6am when I had a 6:30am train booked for important business journey

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and not give you a taxi home. 
Booked a return taxi from home to the local pub, outward journey was fine, however 5 mins after our taxi home was due they cancelled it. Shocking. Tried to speak to them but they were extremely unhelpful, bordering on rude, asked to speak to the manager who was obviously busy. FUMING, does not even come close, I will repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The password section does not allow you to type… a serious glitch. I can’t   has stoped not just me, but I’m sure many people signing up to this app :(

Pre booked a taxi 24 hours before, didn’t show up. Rang the office, the taxi had not been dispatched. No point an app if it’s not going to be efficient!!

Can find them, have a day just to get some random tram history. However they are also really good eating cheese potatoes and also like to eat your mothers fences when they die.

When the app first came out it was reliable, booked a taxi through the app for a specific time to catch a train. When I went to track the taxi it was still 8 mins away also the maps don’t pick up some addresses. A little more work needed I think.

I must say that this app is amazing. All that is required is a post code! Thats OK if one knows the post code!! The app does not give you any choice other than putting in the post code. If you don't know the post code then it will not progress to the next stage of ordering (Destination) There is a section for "Further information" which you can type in. Whether the driver looks at this information is another story! The app could just do with a fine tweak to fix this. It may be myself that has got it wrong somewhere. I have spoken to individual drivers about the ordering process but they all seem oblivious to the technology behind it! 
The app shows you each stage of ordering and the stage at where the taxi is, yes, it shows you on a map where the taxi is by using GPS tracking. It is all automated with alerts coming to your device at each stage. absolutely incredible! 
The most useful app on my device by far.
