When getting picked up from Gatwick they didn’t assign the driver until I called to ask why my cab was late. Drivers always great and professional. Won’t take apple pay or card payments, even when they have an option for it. Drivers don’t use same map the app, so always trouble finding you and finding your destination. Called up and asked where the driver was and I was told he is three minutes away.
