Their app is solid, allows me to do pretty much everything I need to through it. I don’t live in North Dakota anymore but haven’t had any problems still banking with Western. They offer great rates for mortgages (I did two through them that I shopped around - ask for Beth P - If you need a home mortgage or refi - she was awesome to work with!) Their customer service has also been top notch - I have spent many frustrating hours on the automated phone at Wells Fargo trying to talk to someone at to get info on their products and the people who work there couldn’t even figure out what division to send me to.
