After sending regular small amounts to a friend, suddenly WU blocks my use of the app permanently for no clear reason. All customer support is AI, designed to avoid any contact with customers and is incapable of answering any questions you ask of it. I spent over an hour trying to contact them and send the required documentation that they were demanding but even when they were given the required information, I’m still blocked. It’s a waste of time using WU. They don’t care whether you use their service or not. There are many other companies that have far superior customer support.
