Deposits used to be green now you have dig to find them. App crashes all the time. ### 1/5 — Western Vista App *2022-12-27* it won’t let me stay on the app!! ### 1/5 — Nightmare. Constantly crashes *2022-10-13* The app is terrible. If you want to pay your loan with your debit card you have to hope and pray the loan payment page launches and when it does its a race against time to get your billing address and card number in before the app bugs and crashes again. And if you’re lucky enough to hit the process button, you’ll get an error message even if your payment processes. There’s also no way to pay extra to go towards your “principal only”, unless you go to the union in person. I verified my bank account and the transfers occurred, but I’m still not able to pick that account to pay with.
