I click to download the app and a message appeared : processing payment. There is no mention of a fee on the App Store nor does it indicate what the ‘fee’ is or if it auto repeats etc. Scam or legit?

What else can you ask for in an Alumni card app? 
Except please add iOS wallet support! 

This app gives me my virtual alumni card, presents all the perks in an organized menu, show me Western news…it covers all the bases
