Merci de corriger ce bug majeur au plus vite ### 2/5 — In der Praxis schlecht *2025-04-19* Ich habe diese App heruntergeladen, weil ich sie bei einem Besuch des neuen Shoppingcentersnutzen wollte. Es ging um Orientierung auf der Fläche, Nutzung einer schnellen WLAN Anbindung und vergünstigten Parkmöglichkeiten. Auf irgendwelche Goodies habe ich nicht gehofft. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass ich in allen Punkten enttäuscht wurde. Die versprochenen Möglichkeiten fanden sich vor Ort nicht weil das Netz komplett überlastet war. Die Orientierung mit dieser App ist, wenn sie möglich ist, zu mindestens vor Ort nicht auffindbar gewesen. Und zu guter letzt habe ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden, die versprochene Parkvergünstigung zu erhalten. Letztlich hat lediglich die Installation und die Darstellung zu Hause einwandfrei funktioniert. Imagine my surprise when I came to pick it up 8 hours later and no matter how much I walked up and down lane 354 on level -3, I couldn’t see it. Eventually I saw someone who looked like he worked there so I asked him for help and he told me to go to the information desk, which I did, and Ayshah from customer services helped me. She came down to the car park and looked with me for about half an hour but she also could not see it. She called several people who all said it was in lane 354 on level -3 but the last person also said that it was next to a wall. We then decided to walk around the perimeter of the floor and suddenly there was my car! Also there was a sign with 354, B on it right by it! Ayshah was extremely patient and professional throughout.
