The 6 Week Knockout Boxing Challenge includes boxing, weight training, cardio and nutrition coaching.  The Monthly Transformation Program is an awesome program for people who want to do fun boxing drills, while keeping toned with weight training.  The Boxing Foundations Course is entirely free and available for women who want to learn proper boxing technique in the comfort of their home! No need for a sweaty boxing gym full of dudes!

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
