Made a reservation on Bonvoy app and went on this app to update info.  Today it won’t load and I deleted app, restarted phone and it still won’t load.  I was I could just use the Bonvoy app and not have a separate app for VC.

The underground parking for Building 2 is horrible. Dangerously narrow entrance for any mid-size or larger vehicle and not enough spots to park in resulting in you walking towards the 2nd outside lot and the lot across bldg 2 is all valet only.  The  $35/day self parking charge is ridiculous!

The reception personnel insisted I downloaded this app to see the hotel’s features. It’s pointless. Completely buggy, nothing works, and there’s barely any relevant information. Don’t install, these hotels don’t need your data. I am shocked they past the app store review, it’s trash.

We’ve been Westin owners since 2004. While we have always had polite, professional service, sometimes the wait times to speak with someone was exceptionally long. The app allows us to search inventory on our own and book home resort usage. Haven’t tried booking anywhere else but what I have done so far has been great.
