And also these lights are not from the United States so I think I can see the problem. The 2nd problem is that the lights would randomly turn off during the day which kind of freaked me out even though having the password as 1234. ### 1/5 — Don’t spend ur money *2020-04-21, version 1.2.0* The other person who wrote the review correct. I purchased a couple strands last year and they worked fine. This year I’m having the same issue as every comment I have read in the reviews. Lights can not be controlled, they flash all different colors, timer cannot be set and the scene selections don’t work. From the sounds of it customer service won’t help either. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have thrown out the instruction manual. They do sync with my iPhone through Bluetooth. On the plug there is a button which if my memory serves me correct I hold down to sync to my phone. Worked great for a month, and then they started doing whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted. Lights will not listen to the app telling them what to do. They do turn on, but flash whatever color pattern they like, and you can’t control it or turn it off unless you unplug them from the power source. Now we have no control over them. They flash all colors all hours. They won’t even respond to turn them off. The quality is garbage. They are controlled by either an iPhone or an Android device. The themes are festive and fun to select from and adjusting has been a breeze. They have survived both heat and cold temperatures and still preform properly. ### 2/5 — Terrible! *2018-11-25, version 1.2.0* I bought the string bulb lights that you can control the color, brightness, and set a timer on them. They worked perfect the first couple months after buying them, but now they do whatever they want on their own. The lights doesn't to respond the app and I’ve tried resetting the string of lights many times. I’ve tried redownloading the app and reconnecting it to the Bluetooth.
