I have not been able to input or retrieve any information from this app, a total waste of time and a total waste of storage on my device. The so called app reflects the downward spiral of westmed and the inferior service and quality of their entire organization.

It doesn’t show your appointment at all, when you contact support they can’t even help you. Waste of time.

This app doesn’t appear to be connected to Westmed Medical Group in any way. I received an alert in my phone that My Westmed was obsolete and this new app was taking its place. I deleted the My Westmed app and downloaded this new app and created my account. But when I logged in there was nothing there. None of my information. No doctors to choose from. Nothing. I queried support during normal hours and received a response in the middle of the night. Since I was awake I had an email dialogue with the person on the other side and told her what I was experiencing. She said there was nothing wrong with my account and that I should check that my email was correct, which it is.  To make matters worse, I searched the App Store after this and found the My Westmed app still in the store. I downloaded it and it all worked perfectly. I question the need for this app, how it got past the apple store reviewers and what the programmer of this app is doing with the data it collects from unsuspecting users.

Since it is impossible to reach Westmed by phone, I have tried to contact my daughter’s doctor through this app. It does not work. You have an option to search by name and state, then nothing happens. Extremely frustrating. I am not interested in any new doctors with westmed in the future.

This app is not working, will not take information and since I apparently have a westmed account with my email on it, it will not allow that account here.  Also it will not let me post a picture.

So easy to use. All I had to do is download and start the visit. Not sure why others are having such an issue.
