Have to restart the phone every time if the app is not used for a brief period. I only use it it very rare emergency now and that’s it works even then. I've had no problems with phone tap which works quickly & well. I have followed the instructions regarding card positioning, but it still very rarely works. Thanks for a week of headaches I’m done ! ### 1/5 — respectfully suggest that you are not ready yet *2023-06-27, version 1.13.2* after many failed attempts and phone calls, finally completed an application for eftpos air. the support line didnt know what to do, the website lacks helpful hints or explanations suggest you need to ask the first 100 applicants about their experiences ### 1/5 — Not easy to open a joint business account *2023-06-23, version 1.13.2* Westpac make it really difficult to open a business account to be able to use Westpac air features. You can’t make an appt online for a branch you can only call your local branch, and they do not answer, goes straight to voicemail (I tried about 6-7 local branches). The one I did get through to advised a 2 weeks wait to open a new account. Have gone to a competitor that made it much easier to open an account and take tap payments ### 1/5 — Branch *2023-06-21, version 1.13.2* To set up a account you have to go into a branch.
