Serenity now! ### 3/5 — Improving but still not good *2026-06-12, version 6.2.0* The app is much better than the website, but the bar is very low if that is the point of comparison. It freezes all the time, particularly during the open and closing auction. ### 4/5 — Great but… *2026-06-10, version 6.2.0* Overall this is a very nice app. I’ve been using it for very many years now and it’s excellent. However every now and again they do an update and it never seems to go quite as well as it might, this time screen is freezing so it really don’t work, which is obviously disappointing. It’s 26 days the technical problem is not solved. Face ID is okay in Westpac Bank account, Authenticator, Comm Bank’s Share Trading app and many others. Wrote multiple times but the issue is still persisting on. My iPhone is up to date to iOS 26.2. ### 1/5 — Face ID and code not working *2026-01-13, version 6.0.0* Since last update Facebook ID and code does not work…. Been like this for two months now!! ### 1/5 — Face ID and PIN not working *2026-01-05, version 6.0.0* Message says I need to set Face ID after logging in. Face ID automatically turns off when I turn it on and if I set a PIN I get a message that it’s incorrect so I am left putting a password in every time I want to access app. ### 1/5 — Poor Performance All Round *2026-01-01, version 6.0.0* Have been unable to log in using PIN since December 22. Also getting error message regarding alerts every time I access the app. Have emailed Westpac twice re these issues. 11 days and still no response from them. Westpac’s customer service is non existent, their brokerage fees are not remotely competitive and their mobile trading platform is unreliable and beset by issues Westpac appears to have no interest in resolving. Look elsewhere. On portfolio screen when scrolling the headers disappear do you constantly have to scroll up and down to see what figures represent. Why change it for the sake of change? Now opens to a useless page - despite settings for “portfolio” as default page, it opens to the accounts page and requires an extra click to go to your actual holdings.
