Awful app *2019-10-02, version 2* The app is so slow it physically hurts. It freezes and has to be restarted. Every order has had to be restarted at least four times. I’ve given up and resorted to calling as every single app order crashes multiple times. The reset was never sent to my phone number or email! I tried for 20 minutes! Nice trick! It says an account is created under our numbers, so we tried to reset our passwords. We enter our number and get no text. Literally. *2023-08-30, version 2* Upon opening the app, you’re greeted with the Westside logo and a loading icon. After about 30 seconds an error pops up that connection could not be made. I have connection for every other app and website, so it’s obviously on their end. Can’t even get anything to load at all. No menu to see, no locations, nothing. Con: They don’t deliver (or Uber) to LaCrosse, WA. It’s only about 40 minutes away…each way. I don’t mind like a $2.75, delivery charge for that. Heck! I probably would find some kind of tip for the driver. Something useful like seed so they could start their own farm! Perhaps that’s not a con. It sounds like I could help the economic growth of our farming industry in Washington state! Their pizza isn’t just amazing, but it could possibly make Washington a bigger player in the agricultural markets. Only issue now is it works on my iPhone and iPad, but not on my Mac? Weird, but I’d probably use the phone anyway.
