I spend alot of money to become VIP12. But the game had alot of problem, bug event. During the Happy Draw, there was have a bug so the systerm dont give you reward. I did tell the customer service and they said that support team try to fix and solve the problem. After all, they still dont give me back the reward that I should have for Happy Draw. They even dont respond to my message anymore. Bad support team service experience I ever had in any game that I played before. SO DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.
