## What is Wetapoint?

Wetapoint is the real-time operations platform for teams in the field — event security, festivals, sports and outdoor events, public works, and volunteer crews.

Everything your operation needs, on one live map.

LIVE MAP
• See every crew member's live GPS position on a shared operational map
• Tasks, incidents, areas, and site structures rendered in real time
• Works through connection drops — instant resync when you're back online

TASKS & CHECKPOINTS
• Assign field tasks with locations, priorities, and due times
• Check in and out of checkpoints as you move through a route
• Status updates reach the whole team the moment anything changes

INCIDENTS
• Report incidents from the field in seconds, with severity and GPS attached
• Track response from open to resolved with a full timeline
• SOS: a dedicated emergency trigger with countdown and instant escalation

TEAM COMMUNICATION
• Channels and direct messaging with photos, video, audio, and files
• Push-to-talk radio — hold to transmit, like a walkie-talkie
• Mentions and notifications keep the right people informed

SHIFTS & SCHEDULING
• Clock in and out of shifts
• See your schedule and claim open shifts published by your team

LIVE VIDEO
• Stream live video from the field so the operations room sees what you see

Built for operations that get audited: every consequential action lands in an append-only audit log.

Wetapoint requires an organization account. Create one at wetapoint.com or join your team with an invite code.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.14 — 2026-09-26

Two-factor authentication now works in the app: after your password, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app or one of your backup codes.

### 1.13 — 2026-09-25

Your location keeps updating while you stand still, so your team no longer sees you as offline. Fixes an issue that could sign you out in the middle of a shift.

### 1.12 — 2026-09-24

Wetapoint now speaks Lithuanian: the app follows your phone's language. Plan & usage shows your seats, live streams and viewer hours.

### 1.11 — 2026-09-24

- Patrol rounds: repeating patrol tasks show the current round, checkpoints and 24 h results
- Round history in the task details
- The map shows only current tasks and incidents; finished ones fade out after 2 hours

### 1.10 — 2026-09-22

GPS history recorded while offline now uploads reliably, even after an operation has ended.
Location points are kept on the phone until the server confirms each one, so nothing is lost or duplicated.
