Nous avons payé deux pass et cela n’a pas fonctionné du tout avec l’application qui ne fait que mouliner. 2 heures à essayer à l’aéroport de Grèce, 2 heures pour au final de retrouver à acheter de nouveaux pass à cause d’une application qui en fonctionne pas du tout !!!!! À fuiiiiiiiiir

We downloaded this app yesterday as we were getting ready to leave Rome. The app suggested that getting a 24 hour ticket that would include train transportation to the airport as well the bus to the train station. We bought the app and the 24 hour pass with that understanding. After activating our pass, we caught the bus to head to the train terminal for our train ride to the airport. On the bus when we tried to scan the QR code, the scanner did not recognize the app. We continued on the bus and arrived at the train terminal. We showed the app to the personnel at the gate leading to the train and were waved through without issue. We caught the express train to the airport, and as we pulled into the airport, a conductor came by to check tickets. He informed us that the Wetaxi app does NOT work for the express train to the airport despite the email from the app telling us that it covered the train to the airport. The conductor threatened both of us with a €64 fine, but once we showed him the activation email that promised us a ride to the airport. He let us off with just a warning.

I would strongly urge NOT using this app.

QR codes rarely work in the buses and we purchased the 5 day card to have the airport shuttle in Rome but NEVER found anywhere to take the shuttle.

Nous avons été à Rome et nous souhaitions acheter des pass de bus pour la journée. Or, on vous fait payer 18€ par personne et finalement vous vous retrouvez avec un crédit de 7€ à utiliser sur votre compte Wetaxi. Malgré notre réclamation, aucun remboursement n’est intervenu. À éviter !

Received a code through a third party for a 72h Rome transport pass through this app. App won’t let me sign up to receive it & keeps saying “Signin failed.” I am not signing in, I am signing up. I’ve tried a dozen fixes and nothing has worked — don’t waste your time on this app.

Su iPhone 12 mini iOS 18.3.2 ci sono problemi di interfaccia, legati credo al trascinamento per cui nella sezione biglietti ferroviari non è possibile selezionare un mese successivo a quello corrente. Inoltre il menu a barilotto dell’ora, così come gli altri barilotti per selezionare la data di nascita, risultano estremamente disfunzionali. Stesso problema nelle pagine che richiedono lo scrolling per rivelare il contenuto a fondo pagina. Questo non avviene su iPad 11”, qui tuttavia viene tagliata una piccola parte dell’interfaccia in alto. Infine il codice italo plus non viene memorizzato.

jeden wielki scam, gwarantowana cena 23€ swoją drogą za przejazd mający trwać 10 minut, po pierwsze zabralo mi jednak 29!!!! euro nie wiadomo skąd i z jakiej racji, kierowca miał być za 5 minut, przyjechał po 10, zwalniał na zielonych światłach, wysadził nas z kilometr od miejsca docelowego (było miejsce żeby przejechać i zawrócić) jechaliśmy jakieś pół godziny i cudem się wyrobiliśmy. przykro mi nie dam rady ocenić na wyżej. kierowca na taksometrze miał jakieś 20,20(?) coś takiego i taki sam rachunek przyszedł mi na maila. ZABRALIŚCIE 29 EURO Z KONTA A NIE 20. zdecydowanie nie polecam! lepiej chodzić z buta

Scam and unsafe. Never finds taxis or taxis cancel on you after being “confirmed”. The only one that picked us up locked the door and asked for more money despite the “guaranteed rare” in the app. No way to get support in the app. Run away

I downloaded the app to test it and see how much the rate is between two points.  It just said pay the rate the driver tells you 🙄 I don’t need an app for that 🤣.  Also says pay on board.  Seems like this is just a booking app.  Nothing more.  I thought this might be an Italian Version of Uber but I’ll check if there’s actually Uber in Italy.

Very handy. Worked just as described, and most conveniently I could pay by cash, which was especially useful as I was visiting Rome as a carer supporting an individual and had no debit or credit card. Only downside is that you only get the guaranteed fare before the journey if you’re paying by card.

Senza dubbio il mondo dei taxi è uno dei tanti settori difficili da innovare in Italia.
Devo dire però che wetaxi ci sta riuscendo, l'esperienza utente è stata ottima e sapere in anticipo quanto si spendera (al massimo) invoglia di più ad utilizzare il taxi

La funzione del preventivo della cosa che funge anche da costo massimo applicato è il top!
