I’ll unsubscribe from emails and I just won’t use your pub. Literally everyone in the country should do the same. Do you want any business anymore or you think you’ll survive by banning everyone for using anything technology. maybe ban people who complain about pub noises. Sort it out ### 3/5 — Temperamental *2026-08-17, version 6.9.0* You look at two different pubs and they show exactly same beers. Close app come back later: correct beer is then shown in second pub. Tut tut 🤷 ### 3/5 — Apple Pay and PayPal *2026-07-31, version 6.8.0* Apple Pay always return with ordering error. Bank always declines payment. So I used PayPal. Recently the PayPal option was gone. What happened? ### 3/5 — Spaghetti noodle ramen *2026-07-26, version 6.8.0* Felt inspired by all of the other reviews so thought I’d leave my own. Fish and chips was absolutely bangin’. Very crispy and succulent but only the small size available. Such a shame as I needed MORE. But the ramen was abysmal. I believe it is not noodles at all but spaghetti. C’mon now, its not hard to make that change. Don’t serve anymore starchy soup. Not your finest work on that one Mr. W. Spoons ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2026-06-05, version 6.8.0* I have used this app many many times but it’s lacking one thing, a comment section because i like certain things cooked differently. That means i have to queue at bar. ### 3/5 — App needs updating *2026-05-11, version 6.8.0* The app needs updating to include an option for how customers would like their eggs cooked with breakfast, for example: runny, medium, or well done. Currently, the standard seems to be runny eggs, which some customers may consider undercooked and unsuitable due to medical, dietary, or personal preferences. While some people enjoy runny eggs, this does not suit everyone. Adding a simple cooking preference option would improve customer satisfaction, food safety, and accessibility for those with specific dietary needs. There also appears to be an issue with staff not always listening carefully to customer requests, with some seeming more focused on talking to colleagues than providing attentive service. This could potentially lead to lost sales and repeat customers choosing to go elsewhere. I’m surprised this feature hasn’t already been added, as it seems like a basic but important improvement for customer experience. ### 2/5 — Pizza not up to usual standard *2026-04-08, version 6.8.0* Wetherspoons pizza are usually delicious & very good value for money. (Having said that, not every location has a pizza oven). But our local- Woodrow Wilson,Carlisle today the bases were not cooked through, and we’re not eaten. The whole purpose of the app has been lost. I have uninstalled and logged in again on the fresh install, but to no avail. An email about not being able to use my old email was met with a generic no-response. Think it may be wise for app to show what pub the order is going to before you get to the pay screen and not allow it to change your location ### 1/5 — Payment fail in app *2026-07-10, version 6.8.0* Since Weatherspoon’s have dropped PayPal the Wetherspoon’s app will not complete an order, Apple Pay and debit card not working either, I’ll be dammed if I’m going to manually input my card details every time I make a purchase, nor wait in a queue at the bar to place a food order, Wetherspoon’s need to get their act together or they’ll be loosing a lot of customers ### 1/5 — Never works *2026-06-27, version 6.8.0* The app was great , but now it never seems to work.
