However, you have to share your video in order to do anything with it other than watch it. Unfortunately it takes forever to download (if it even downloads at all). No matter whether I’m on WiFi or cellular, I’ve tried email, direct to Dropbox or files…none of it is convenient. So disappointing that something so simple is so hard to do. ### 2/5 — Ruined by calendar *2023-09-19* New callendar feature is wack - every workout you’ll be prompted to save to calendar, if you turn off auto save it still takes you there just doesn’t save it. Have tried downloading and using this app about 15 times. Phone re start, app deletion and reinstall… you name it I’ve tried it. Trying to use for a comp, happy to pay for using it - unfortunately I’m going nowhere with it :( ### 3/5 — Has gone downhill *2022-08-21, version 3.4.4* Used to be a great app. Recently for online qualifiers, I have been constantly getting video interrupted due to not on do not disturb. I always triple check before starting a video to make sure it’s on which it is. Tired of constantly having to redo workouts. When it tells you to put it in airplane mode and DnD on but then gets interrupted cause saying no connection to Wifi for time stamping or DnD not. It seems they want everyone to pay the premium membership so unless you do it will constantly make your videos interrupted. As a CrossFit Games masters athlete, I am constantly having to input online videos on YouTube which I despise: From Having to wait an eternity for an upload at the last minute, only to find out your video “cannot be viewed” because of the stupid background music .. then frantically having to figure out how to redo everything before time runs out for video submissions… BUT NOW..!!!! WETIME!!!!… I cannot believe how easy and reliable you have made this!!! I just finished the age group quarter finals and I will NEVER GO BACK. One click of a button and now I have a safe secure link to share!! SO EASY to do!! And just a click away if you want to share it to the competition, or to a friend! Thank you SO MUCH!!! ### 5/5 — Amazing customer service *2021-12-03, version 3.0.13* A while back after an update there was an issue with my videos not saving even though all precautions were taken and they appeared to have saved successfully. When I let them know the team at WeTime fixed the issue immediately AND they upgraded my account. On top of all that they reached out to me and messaged several times just to make sure that everything was better and working properly. Really truly amazing service.
