But then I flipped it over downloaded the app using the directions. I had to click customer service to see how to connect it cuz the directions don’t tell you! Cut the toy on && press the Bluetooth symbol in the corner. The app will not sync to the device, customer service so far has been a joke. Tried using this app on an iPhone 8 plus and iPhone 7, and doesn’t work on either one. On the iPhone 7 the app crashes immediately after logging in every time.
