I don’t make many transfers so I stopped paying the 14$ monthly. But now when I try to use the app, it won’t work anymore. It keeps crashing. And so I had to download a new version which I had to pay for. And when I try to go online to upload it from their site I’m able to upload because then the WeTransfer app will not let you press the send button. They have a logo of the WeTransfer app that you should purchase at the Apple Store above that send button. So there’s nothing I can do. I understand it can’t always be free, but it went from free to greedy in a hurry. I have been using the free version for years to receive photos maybe 4 times a year, but last month they changed their app to have the receive feature be associated with the a new membership plan. I wasn’t aware I signed up for the weekly plan and was getting charged $10 weekly when I wasn’t using the app. I tried contacting customer service and they were extremely unhelpful and even said the email listed with my account on their end was different than what I showed in my app. They do not have a phone number customer service to call, only email.
