When I realized I couldn’t just create an account, I clicked for help and was given the steps to create one. They also have a website to use chargers as guests without even creating an account. The process was super easy. No excuses for me!! ### 1/5 — you can’t even sign up *2026-06-26* there is no sign up button just sign in. ### 1/5 — unusable for public charging *2025-12-31* The public chargers that use this platform apparently only permit initiation via a very buggy website. This app cannot be used to initiate a charge - which means there’s no way to save billing information, and you have to re-enter that info for each session.
