there is no sign up button just sign in.

The public chargers that use this platform apparently only permit initiation via a very buggy website. This app cannot be used to initiate a charge - which means there’s no way to save billing information, and you have to re-enter that info for each session. Which is all very frustrating.

Absolutely no where to sign up to set up an account. Wevo needs to do better - such a waste of time when I have no other option but have to use Wevo.

Clearly, everyone leaving bad reviews is either dyslexic or can’t follow simple instructions. When I realized I couldn’t just create an account, I clicked for help and was given the steps to create one. They also have a website to use chargers as guests without even creating an account. The process was super easy. No excuses for me!!

You have to email the company too create a account I learned that by reading the app and the station. Once you do that you have to delete the app and reinstall it and then put the code the service rep gives you.
