This app doesn’t attempt to replace social media altogether, but to do what social media was never designed to do: be an impactful platform that allows for meaningful political interaction and true campaign finance. I can see this app quickly solving the dilemma of politics on social media, censorship, and silenced voices; and, when it comes to money in politics, this app allows for average Americans to essentially crowd-fund candidates whose interests reflect their own - not those of lobbying groups. This means that the People will be able to collectively have leverage over rich donors, and take back their democracy! It’s so fun to donate to posts from people who are really smart to show my support.
