It will be a pleasure to delete the app. It’s a clever way to get your money not do your washing!! Would not give one star. ### 1/5 — More App integration into stuff that doesn’t need it *2026-05-05* There is no real reason to make a washing machine have to connect to the internet and for anyone trying to use it to have to have a smartphone available. The app keeps reserving broken or unavailable washing machines for me to “use”. Just set a timer so you know when your clothes are done it’s not that hard. Not only did this company charge me for broken machines and not refund me. I had to waste my time disputing with my credit card company. They also sold my email to a bunch of scammers and now get hundreds of spam emails a day. It’s been months but I’m reminded everyday by the German spam emails that somehow sneak past the filter and crowd my inbox. I had my clothes in the dryers for an hour and a half, and they are still wet. They keep saying they sent it but they never do. Untrustworthy and shady business practices going on here. Recommend finding another solution elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Many problems *2026-02-02* Prices are ridiculous, the system automatically assigning a washing machine is clunky and waste of time, soap isn’t offered within the machines and customer service does not offer much support.
