It happens that the machine stops in the middle of the cycle or doesn’t go thru all the way for some reason, then the system understands it’s over and finishes your turn and calls the next on the line, and you end up with a basket of soaking-wet-half-washed clothes that you cannot dry right away, because the dryer has been on for 6h with your neighbor’s underwear, and its sensor is too clogged to realize it’s done (and sometimes it finishes your turn in less time than it should and your laundry is still super humid - completely nonsense). I wish we had more notifications in case something goes out of the ordinary (like if someone opens the machine door), and that we could track the total cycle time thru the app so we can prepare our day around it (cause the time shown on the screen is never precise). **Developer response:** Dear savinisa, We’re sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service. The smell of the current detergents gave me a headache, and I had to rewash my clothes to get rid of it ### 1/5 — You are better off using a laundromat *2025-09-27* This app is terrible. It stopped my dryer cycle after 20 minutes despite having the display for my dryer cycle set to 120min. Everything is still wet and I fly out in the morning. In addition to this the app failed to properly reserve a spot on the queue for me initially when rerunning the dryer. I think this may have been due to WiFi issues. However, I was unaware that it had an additional dryer it had placed me on the queue for until well after I left the laundry room. In that time someone placed their laundry in they automatically charged my card again. This is an issue this app developer should address. Doing laundry with this is a waste of time and money. Save yourself frustration and just use a laundromat. If we are responsible for the machines, we monitor them continuously to prevent possible sources of error. As soon as we detect a defect, we send a technician as soon as possible. Best regards, The WeWash Team ### 1/5 — Zero instructions *2025-09-16* The Ap says you will be provided with a “program”. There are no instructions on whether or not or when to add detergent. There are no instructions on how long a wash will take until you lock the washer door. Someone else has just started using the machine! and it was charged on me. Unless they introduce “locking the machine”, this is such a useless app. ### 1/5 — Terrible!!! *2025-07-30, version 2.66.2* I put my stuff in a dryer & it was well over 2hours & I went back to wet clothes!!! No clue what I am being charged and I need them dry soon. Where I’m from our dryers are fast!! 45 minutes tops!! Booked washer and dryer at same time. Dryer booking expired while washing as done. Still charged. Wie von anderen schon angesprochen… Wäre schön, wenn man die Rest des Waschgang sehen könnte. Habe den Service beim Camping auf dem Camping. Die Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner sahen so gut wie neu aus. Liegt jetzt vielleicht nicht an der Pflege, sondern daran, dass sie wirklich neu waren! Bin gespannt, wie es in ein paar Monaten oder Jahren aussieht! ### 1/5 — Waschmaschine geht manchmal mitten im Programm aus *2025-03-18, version 2.62.0* Es ist mir mittlerweile dreimal passiert, dass die Waschmaschine mitten im Programm ausgegangen ist und die Tür noch verriegelt war. Deshalb musste ich jedes Mal den Waschgang neu starten, damit noch die letzten 50 Minuten des Programms ausgeführt werden können. Natürlich für den vollen Preis, was nervt, da ich die 6€, die ich dafür bisher schon verschwendet habe, welche ich für was Sinnvolleres hätte ausgeben können. Es ist zwar noch nicht allzu viel Geld, das ich dadurch verloren habe, aber wenn es noch ein paar Mal passiert, wird es doch schon eine ganze Menge. ### 2/5 — I was overcharged *2025-02-23, version 2.62.0* The is no “help” in the app. I don’t know what to do and the Washing and Drying Support says that I can contact the “help” ( that doesn’t exists) They charge me two laundry and I did only one ### 1/5 — Very poor quality app *2025-02-19, version 2.62.0* It is always disappointing when we have a total of 3 washers but the app only activates one and I have to wait. The 10 minute reserved time also seems to be overlapped with the previous person. When there is a problem, there is no AI chat box or customer center, so they only respond during their weekday business hours. The app keeps reserving broken or unavailable washing machines for me to “use”. Just set a timer so you know when your clothes are done it’s not that hard. Not only did this company charge me for broken machines and not refund me. I had to waste my time disputing with my credit card company. They also sold my email to a bunch of scammers and now get hundreds of spam emails a day. It’s been months but I’m reminded everyday by the German spam emails that somehow sneak past the filter and crowd my inbox. I had my clothes in the dryers for an hour and a half, and they are still wet. The washer in my building has been broken for a month. ### 1/5 — They Don’t Send Your Money *2026-02-09, version 2.71.1* After paying 1000 CHF for the equipment and then agreeing to a 20% share, the company never sends you your money. They keep saying they sent it but they never do. Untrustworthy and shady business practices going on here. Recommend finding another solution elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Many problems *2026-02-02* Prices are ridiculous, the system automatically assigning a washing machine is clunky and waste of time, soap isn’t offered within the machines and customer service does not offer much support. At first it worked fine…. The 2nd load of cloths was where the issues began. Die Monatabrechnung ist praktisch. Nur die App könnte besser zeigen wie lange die Maschine/ der Trockner noch dauert statt zu zeigen wie lange es bereits läuft. Aber ich bin nicht "heikel" und nach nun 2 Monaten in der Wasch-WG ziehe ich ein positives Fazit. Die Maschinen sind problemlos zu bedienen, die Wäsche kommt sauber raus.
