Called my company and it turns out that EFS/WEX had turned it off due to fraud. They had flagged two purchases totaling $3400 the day before. My company started working with them and were told that it could be up to 30 days before I got my money back. So I waited and the 30 days has come and gone. My company contacted them about it and now EFS/WEX says it could be up to 90 days! WTH! They are the ones who caught the fraud. And when I notify my bank or credit card company, I get the money back or the charge removed immediately! But with EFS/WEX, I have to wait 90 days? For what reason?! ### 4/5 — No way to share with accountant without taking a screenshot. *2026-07-11, version 6.0.3* I need a way to share transactions as a PDF to share with accountant. Taking a screenshot is clunky, fills up camera roll and doesn’t look as good as a PDF. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly! *2026-05-14, version 5.5.1* You should be able to choose the truck stop on a map to find your prices. Trying to put in routes just to find prices is not user friendly. And half the time your route doesn’t even go the way I go with my semi. And if the truck stop is on the other side of town, good luck getting a fuel price. The only reason a 2, because once you get a price, it’s normally accurate. Not all of us can affort OTA updates ### 1/5 — Use and Fraud Alerts *2026-04-06, version 5.4.6* There should be a way to notify the drivers when the card is used, and money is transferred, that way we can prevent frauds. And give the driver the option to put the card on hold when not using it. Also, they should show the balance after each transaction. Another issue is with the “current location” on the fuel search, it always shows the last location, so we have to update every time. The customer service is nonexistent for drivers.
