It takes a ridiculously long time to load. App does not automatically update to your location. Location button moved to where I first opened the app not my location. The gas locations overlay your position on the map so at times you can’t see where you are. It would also be nice if it had a rating system for gas stations so you don’t end up going to a gas station in sketchy part of town or go to one when the next one was much nicer and cleaner. Drove 10 miles off the interstate for cheaper gas and it was 20 cents more than the app said. Went in and asked about it and they had no idea why it would show the cheaper price. ### 1/5 — Horrible database *2022-06-10, version 4.5* This is so outdated they don’t even have the right names for the businesses or which have car washes. Went to two different locations and one was a completely different business name and didn’t accept wex cards while the other wasn’t even a gas station anymore. Useless ### 2/5 — Support staff a major fail *2022-06-06, version 4.5* This app was working fine for over five years. Then it stopped working suddenly. It lost all my favorites and the locater services were not working. They do not have support for the application. I had to try to contact them through there fleet website. It took three attempts to reach someone. When I did, they wanted to know what my account number and business was. Then they sent me a PDF file of how to use the app. I think I already know how to use the app. You just can’t use it when it’s broken. They have no support for the application whatsoever. A few years after this review, It happened again. Years of building favorites and now they’re gone. Still no support. (6-6-22) ### 2/5 — Horrible App *2022-05-30, version 4.5* It just doesn’t work. Some stations missing due to company political beliefs. This app is better atleast I can search using the map but I can’t enter my card to get my fuel price. It only shows shell gas stations and they don’t even have car washes. ### 1/5 — New App, Same issues *2025-09-23, version 4.8.4* If you've moved over from Payzerware you'll see they still haven't fixed the app crashes, invoices disappearing and you'll be greeted by " we have no proof" replies. Years of tickets that never got resolved has a new face. Worse feel to the app and not ready for daily use on launch. I could go on for so long. Hope they update through the store in stead of bypassing review like Payzerware did that doesn't follow the App Store guidelines. ### 1/5 — Riddled with Incorrect Information *2024-10-02, version 4.6.8* I attempted to look up service stations with car washes or standalone car washes. After five attempts, I was unsuccessful. The listed locations did not even have car washes or the address did not exist. There’s no way of contacting WEX regarding these issues, to fix the app. ### 1/5 — Nothing loads *2024-08-20, version 4.6.8* I’ve gotten this app to work once in the last three years. Nothing loads from any of the options. It sits there with grey boxes and that’s it. Really annoying. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-08-25, version 4.6.2* Completely useless, just like the card for anything other than gas purchases. The app lists service locations that don’t even exist, and the ones they list do not accept the card. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-06-08, version 4.6.2* When opening the app it does not show your current location and there is nothing to tap on to show current location. I have to restart my phone every time for it to show me the current location. The app is also not semi truck friendly. I always have to go to the filter and select diesel each time I use it and it only gives a search of up to 25 miles. It may show you where the cheapest diesel fuel is but a lot of them places are not truck friendly. This is a terrible app for truck drivers and there was very little if any effort at all in making this a quality app for truck drivers. No way would I recommend Fleet One and it’s because of their app. ### 1/5 — Directions *2023-04-09, version 4.6.2* Please fix the issues with using inaccurate addresses and directions.
