I downloaded the app connected it to the Car cam but no picture the app is just black on my iphone

App keeps telling me downloading view for ever and no picture on the phone, also sad card records fine

The Wifi that is with the app does not connect and you cannot use your own.  If this is the case, then the device and app are useless!!

The connection is slow on the camera so it takes long to load I thought I will be using my own data but it’s good when you watching live but you can only be 10ft away or you will lose connection anyone knows how to make it use my own data so that I won’t lose connection at all
