- Ask anything about a vehicle: mileage, recalls, known issues, or whether it fits your budget.
- Compare vehicles side by side and save your favorites.
- See live GAP and warranty pricing for the exact vehicle you pick, explained in plain language.
- Run a pre-approval check with a soft credit pull. No hard inquiry.
- Complete a full application right in the chat: address, employment, trade-in and loan terms, with a secure box for your SSN that Alex never sees.
- Add a co-applicant, and upload your driver license or just type the details.
- Review a full summary, then submit to the dealer and lenders for a decision.
