I have auto pay configured and it was working however this moth they said I missed the payment but I did not; they did not make the withdraw! This reflects negatively on me, they even sent messages asking if I forgot to make the payment…they screwed up!!!

I have the app on my phone, but don’t understand why I’m getting charged a processing fee if I’m logging into the app and making the payment through there??? Usually, there’s only a processing fee if I call in and speak with someone, and ask them to process it for me. Really unsatisfied, about the processing fee.
