However the moving ads, changing ads etc are not only annoying but extremely distracting and take away from the reading enjoyment. There are times I have to stop reading as these ads have led to eye strain. I certainly understand the need for revenue but get rid of the flash technology as that is not conducive to reading. ### 4/5 — It’s good to keep up to date *2026-07-01, version 3.34.04* 95% of what I see on the internet passing for news is unverified and invariably strongly one-sided. The e-Edition has been a welcome update to the print edition. The navigation thru your app is reliable and easy to use. Overall, however, I still prefer the printed page that I can browse through in the morning w good coffee! Recently, I’ve been frustrated w the poor delivery of the WFP (I live in River Heights). There has been no paper on my porch on 3 occasions over the last two weeks. Also, when I call to report these issues there is no remedy and no person to advise. Please try and do better! We have been using it since it’s inception. We changed our subscription to digital only after a vacation where we began reading the paper online. Not only is is cheaper, we feel we are saving a couple of trees, and we don’t have to wash the black stuff off our hands when we’re done. Overall, we enjoy using the free press app and will likely never need a hard copy of the newspaper.
