They always respond when I report issues. ### 4/5 — Takes too Long To Load Broadcast *2026-05-05* It often takes 20 seconds to load the broadcast after pushing play. ### 3/5 — Increasingly Problematic *2025-09-01* I love WFSU and am a longtime continuing supporter. But the app is very frustrating. At least once or twice a month I have to use NHPR or WBUR to get news because this app stops working. Then, I have to delete the app and re-download. However VERY glitchy. After he periodic updates (which seem to just be updating fund raising campaigns) I can’t get it to play. It just spins and buffers. I usually have to delete & reload & reboot my phone. Most of the time I have to repeat this process multiple times to regain access. It also cuts off often. Tech support almost impossible to contact.
