They always respond when I report issues. ### 4/5 — Takes too Long To Load Broadcast *2026-05-05* It often takes 20 seconds to load the broadcast after pushing play. ### 5/5 — Love this app! *2018-08-08* Easy to use, makes it easy to take WFSU with you when you don’t have a radio or are traveling. I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on and that doesn’t work then I delete the app and I reinstall the app and sometimes it doesn’t work. I’m not really happy with this app. ### 1/5 — Is it the App or the Production that I abhor? *2021-01-21* I love NPR but I have gotten so aggravated so many times trying to listen to it on WFSU that I finally deleted the app from my iPhone. Most annoying is the relentless nagging to donate money or to sign up for e-mails. In progress news reports being interrupted by the nagging messages...every time a broadcast was paused for a moment and restarted the nagging would replay. News reports would be superimposed or one would interrupt another. But the app is very frustrating. At least once or twice a month I have to use NHPR or WBUR to get news because this app stops working. Then, I have to delete the app and re-download. However VERY glitchy. After he periodic updates (which seem to just be updating fund raising campaigns) I can’t get it to play. It just spins and buffers. I usually have to delete & reload & reboot my phone. Most of the time I have to repeat this process multiple times to regain access. It also cuts off often. Tech support almost impossible to contact. I respect the people doing local news coverage to keep us informed. But I especially love the app because it has allowed me to keep up with the National, international, and local Tallahassee news when I am living abroad. I kept up to date while I was living in Tanzania, and now I listen to WFSU every morning in my house in Brazil.
