I’ve used it for half a year now and the problems have been consistent. I have used the app for years and it is currently the least stable it has ever been. At the very least, please cut down on ad interruptions. It’s maddening to be listening to a piece, only to lose a big chunk of it to an I just heard 9 minutes prior. ### 3/5 — Ads play in middle of interesting stories *2019-12-28* The app works better than it used to. But a few times an hour a sponsorship ad interrupts the broadcast and usually right in the middle of a really good story. What is disheartening is that I cannot get it to work when I’m not in my home. I can’t view Any programming when I’m at the gym for example ### 3/5 — Why interruptions? *2018-08-02* The app works well, but I don’t appreciate interrupting the news to run ads. NPR and other programs allow time for that. We have moved from North Carolina where we had WUNC and I listened daily to their app. They never interrupted the program but worked it in during the breaks. Please adjust that! ### 4/5 — Yay! Finally an app! *2018-12-26* I had become used to listening to KJZZ’s app when I was living in Phoenix and was disappointed that WFYI didn’t have one. Then, there it was😃 Love it! I took away a star since my original rating. As someone else has mentioned, the support ads keep repeating, sometimes every minute or so...very annoying.
