Search should allow fuzzy search of last 4 digits of barcodes or part of the brand other than first word to help with placement in cartology. Slower when doing the installations, we now need to wait a few seconds before submitting each one, what happened to the instant submitting? Coworkers and I are tired of being incorrectly located in Hawaii, therefore the app doesn’t work when this happens. It can happen during use, an error message pops up a dozen times until I have had enough, close the app and login again to see I’m supposedly in Hawaii again. Please note, I have the location settings on so this shouldn’t be happening. Last Wednesday it took at least 10 minutes of logging in and out or just waiting to be logged in to finally be able to get back to work again. My job is timed and this stresses me out when the app is playing up. ### 2/5 — Camera does not focus *2023-10-11* My camera does not focus on barcodes IPhone 14 pro max have to use old phone please fix ### 2/5 — Clunky, inefficient *2021-08-01* Even with a strong mobile data connection, searching for items is clunky as the search function flicks through a long list of items with any key words that apply to your search, even when you have typed the full product description. It us time consuming with the slow response time. Ticket requests in theory are a great option to have on here, however once you have submitted “save” there is no notification from the app to say the ticket request has been submitted or actioned at store level. Hardly get to speak to a human in these stores these days if this app worked better it would be a big help. ### 2/5 — App UI Recommendations *2019-09-06* - when you search for a product, you cannot easily scroll down, to see your product unless you enter the specific product code - when I search a store from the store list and enter the postcode or store name even and select it, it should be added your store list as other stores still appear and you have to scroll through to find what you already searched - you should be able to select any WW store to get access to the POGs Your my stores should save and not disappear every time you log out ### 3/5 — Wonderful app *2024-07-15, version 9.0.0* However you really need to update every store of the new items ASAP so digital tickets can have a product added to it via your app. We just know when it’s a new product being released to the store, the SKU/Item number doesn’t come up with the product on your Compass app. We have to resume to writing the Item number on paper and putting it up where the digital ticket should be until we may be able to have access to the RDFI machine, if there are any available. What happened?
