Alle wichtigen Funktionen für den Austausch sind vorhanden. Dennoch empfinde ich die Bedienung insgesamt als etwas zu kompliziert. Verbesserungsbedarf sehe ich vor allem in zwei Punkten. - Zum einen öffnet sich der Chat aktuell auf einer neuen Seite, was den Nutzungskontext unterbricht. Intuitiver wäre es, wenn der Chat direkt in die Anzeige integriert wäre, ähnlich wie bei vielen Chatbots, bei denen sich lediglich ein Chatfenster öffnet und man gleichzeitig bei der ursprünglichen Ansicht bleibt. - Zum anderen ist das Layout der Homepage im Browser nicht optimal angepasst, wenn das Fenster nur auf einem halben Bildschirm dargestellt wird. In diesem Fall sind einige Inhalte schwer auffindbar oder gehen verloren. Dein WG-Gesucht.de-Team ### 4/5 — Mehr Werbung als sonst wo *2025-03-19* Sie erfüllt ihren Zweck, Wohnungen zu finden. Jedoch wird versucht überall Geld aus einem raus zu quetschen. Es gibt Werbung, für eine Mieterauskunftsmappe muss man monatlich bezahlen, man kann bezahlen, dass man eine höhere Priorität hat bei Inseraten, etc. kann ich nicht empfehlen, aber leider gibt es halt auch Wohnungen die hier eingestellt werden. So ist man gezwungen es mit zu benutzen Edit: im vergleich zu immoscout24 ist es trotzdem deutlich besser. Dort muss man teils premium Mitglied sein um überhaupt Inserate anzuschreiben, dass wird hier glücklicherweise nicht gemacht. You can put it in any language in case you don’t know German. Auch das Design ist ganz schön. Für jemanden, der Wohnung sucht, ist das Postfach auch ausreichend. Hat man aber mal eine Wohnung in einer Stadt mit Wohnungsknappheit eingestellt, wird man nach Minuten (und den ersten hundert Nachrichten) feststellen, dass das Postfach chaotisch ist. Man kann keine Namen suchen und die angezeigte Reihenfolge der Nachrichten ist auch eher chaotisch als nach Neuigkeit. Benachrichtigungen am Handy wären hilfreicher, wenn der Name der Person angezeigt wird und nicht der Titel meines Inserats. Allerdings bekommt sie durch die extrem penetrante Werbung einen herben Beigeschmack. Das schlimmste ist, dass sie gelegentlich crasht und Nachrichten trotz guter Internetverbindung teilweise nicht abgesendet werden. Die größte Unverschämtheit finde ich allerdings den nicht wegclickbaren ”Mehr Effizienz für den Bewerbungsprozess”-Banner, der die Chatfunktion für das Smartphone schlichtweg unbenutzbar macht. Well, I appreciate the way they thoroughly go through all offers and let you see what’s available, it is pretty much useless. It’s so time wasting to search with individual cities ### 1/5 — Sono stata truffata *2023-12-26* L’app è molto intuitiva da usare e l’ho trovata utile per trovare degli appartamenti e l’ho utilizzata per cercare un appartamento condiviso per quando andrò in Erasmus. Questa facilità di utilizzo purtroppo non ha impedito di essere truffata. Il problema di quest’app è che c’è l’opzione di inserire tu un annuncio per cercare un appartamento e lasciare che ti contattino altri: proprio con questa modalità mi hanno derubata. Questa persona mi ha chiesto di sentirci per mail, mi ha mandato i dettagli dell’appartamento e le rispettive foto. Mi ha inviato il contratto scritto nei minimi dettagli e con allegato anche lo scanner del suo documento. Insomma, tutto sembrava nella norma e affidabile, se non che dopo aver firmato il contratto e versato la caparra, questa persona il giorno di Natale mi ha inviato un’ulteriore mail per chiedermi altri soldi. Sosteneva che sua madre fosse in ospedale e non riuscisse ad accedere al conto bancario, inventandosi altri dettagli del cavolo. Lì ho capito che forse qualcosa non andava. Inutile dire che ha smesso di rispondere alle mie mail e che i miei soldi non li vedrò più. Sono inca**ata come una iena e amareggiata, anche perchè questo è tra i siti più consigliati per trovare casa in Germania e mi è dovuta succedere questa cosa. Ormai non posso fare nulla se non sconsigliare a tutti di creare un annuncio e lasciare che siano altri a contattarvi, oltre a far notare agli sviluppatori che il “verificato” degli account forse dovrebbe essere concesso dopo seri controlli di sicurezza. ### 1/5 — Most Racist app *2022-03-26* If you are an international people and never faced racism in your entire life. Also, it doesn't load the template from website, I think it uses one from your phone. Need improvements. ### 2/5 — Gute Idee, aber viele Fehler *2019-01-05* Die App an sich ist gut und einfach aufgebaut. Leider hat die App zu viele Fehler um sie oft zu benutzen. 1. Seitdem ich die App habe (2017), muss ich mich bei jedem Öffnen neu einloggen. Man bleibt also nicht eingeloggt. Warum auch immer. 2. Wenn man eine Suche speichert, bleibt diese nicht gespeichert. Wenn ich die App später erneut öffne (und mich neu einlogge), ist die Suche auch weg. 3. Das gleiche gilt für gespeicherte Textvorlagen. Diese verschwinden einfach nachdem man die App erneut öffnet. 4. Nachrichten öffnen dauert *extrem* lange. Ich kann nicht sagen, warum dies so ist, aber wann immer ich jemals eine Nachricht öffnen wollte, entschied ich mich dazu, dies lieber später über den Browser zu tun, da die Wartezeit beim Öffnen im WLAN und mobilen Internet doch locker 2-3 Minuten überschreitet. Dies ist zwar nicht bei jeder Nachricht so, aber bei jeder Zweiten und das ist mir dann doch zu viel.
